The Baltimore Banner has hired Jon Meoli as a writer to cover Orioles. His tweet reads:

Previously, Meoli was an investment writer at Baltimore-based asset management firm T. Rowe Price.
He also worked at The Baltimore Sun for 11 years, holding various posts, including sports intern, community news reporter, sports blogger, reporter, Ravens beat reporter and Orioles beat writer.
Meoli has a B.A. in journalism and writing from Loyola University Maryland.
