CBS News has tapped Joelle Martinez as West Coast bureau chief. She joins from Vice News, where she recently was deputy bureau chief, Los Angeles. There, she was also a producer for HBO’s nightly news show, “Vice News Tonight.”
Prior to joining Vice, Martinez was at MSNBC, where she has served as a video producer, segment producer and producer. She has also worked at NBC News and NBCUniversal.
Martinez graduated from State University of New York College at Oswego.
