Mail Plus editor Thomson to step down

Gordon Thomson

Gordon Thomson, editor of Mail Plus, the paid-for digital product of the Daily Mail, will be stepping down from his role. The digital product is also expected to undergo a strategic review which could involve staff cuts.

Previously, he served as editor of Event Magazine, Mail on Sunday’s arts, culture and entertainment supplement. He was also a digital editor at The Sunday Times and has worked as an editor, Time Out London.

Thomson is a University of Glasgow graduate.
