WKOW-TV Ch. 27, an ABC affiliate in Madison, Wis., has tapped Dana Fulton Porter to serve as AM meteorologist. Recently, she served as public affairs manager at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
Previously, Porter worked as a meteorologist at WISC-TV Ch. 3, a CBS and MyNetworkTV-affiliate in Madison. She also held the posts of multimedia journalist, meteorologist, weekend manager and chief meteorologist at Fox outlet WACH-TV Ch. 57 in Columbia, S.C.
She was also a multimedia journalist and weekend producer at CBS station KVAL-TV Ch. 13 in Eugene, Ore.
Porter has a B.S. from Mississippi State University.
