Alexandra Ma will join The Washington Post as a breaking news editor in its London hub. She begins Sept. 26.
Currently, Ma is a senior news editor at Insider, where she runs the London bureau’s breaking news desk. Ma has been with Insider for more than five years, holding various roles that include news fellow, news reporter, associate news editor and news editor.
She interned at BBC and The Washington Monthly, was an editorial fellow at HuffPost and freelanced for Mic.
Ma has a B.S. from Georgetown University and a M.A. from City, University of London.
