Jon Dowding
Jon Dowding has joined News 12 Long Island as a reporter and senior MMJ. He worked as a reporter/MMJ and weekend evening anchor/reporter at WAVY-TV Ch. 10, an NBC affiliate in Portsmouth, Va.
Previously, Dowding served as a digital reporter at MMJ at WSAV-TV Ch. 3, an NBC, CW Plus and MyNetworkTV station in Savannah, Ga. He interned at NBC10/Telemundo 62 and CBS News.
He was also a fellow at NPR.
Dowding has a bachelor’s degree from Temple University and a master’s degree from USC Gould School of Law.
