Lockyer swaps Sky News for BBC

Chris Lockyer, a news reporter at Sky News, is set to depart. He wrote on X/Twitter:

“Decided the time was right to move away from London to the south west with the family – where I’ll be reporting for BBC Somerset from January!”

Lockyer joined Sky News in September 2018 as an output producer. He also served as an arts and entertainment reporter, and podcast producer. He also freelanced for the BBC.

Lockyer has a B.A. from Bishop Grosseteste University in the U.K. and an M.A. from Nottingham Trent University.
