The Lincoln Journal Star in Nebraska has promoted Zach Hammack to editor. Recently, he held the post of K-12 education reporter.
Hammack joined the Journal Star, where he has previously interned, in December 2018 as a copy editor. He also worked as a copy editor at the Nebraska newspaper Beatrice Daily Sun.
Hammack graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he was a reporter at the student newspaper The Daily Nebraskan.
