Cal Larsen, MMJ at KETV-TV Ch. 7, an ABC affiliate in Omaha, Neb., has joined the First News weekend team as a morning reporter.
Previously, Larsen shot videos, conducted interviews, edited packages and set up live shots for broadcast at WVTM-TV Ch. 13, an NBC affiliate in Birmingham, Ala. Before that, he was a news reporter at KSNB-TV Ch. 4, an NBC-affiliate in York, Neb.
He interned at WMTV-TV Ch. 15, an NBC- and CW-affiliate in Madison, Wis.
Larsen graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
