LA Times names Jaime head of creator content

The Los Angeles Times has hired Angie Jaime as its head of creator content. She tweets, “I’m humbled to lead 404 by L.A. Times, a first-of-its-kind collective in any major U.S. newsroom.”

She also works freelance as a digital media consultant.

She also held editorial roles at Vice and was a creative strategist at Snapchat, Inc. She formerly worked at Mashable.

Jaime graduated from Northwestern University in suburban Chicago.
