KABC TV- Ch 7, an ABC station in Los Angeles, has appointed Jaysha Patel to the post of morning reporter. Recently, she was a news reporter.
Previously, Patel was a news reporter and fill-in-anchor for WPMI-TV Ch. 15, an NBC affiliate in Mobile, Ala. She interned at NBC News and CBS News.
She also held various roles at Ithaca College’s student-run station The Ithaca College Television, including TV news reporter, host and news anchor.
Patel has a B.A. in broadcast journalism from Ithaca College.
