KQED names Severn senior editor of audience news

Carly Severn

Carly Severn is now a senior editor of audience news at KQED, editing and reporting to grow KQED’s audience-focused coverage, explainers, guides and more.

During her nine years with KQED, Severn has held various posts, including social media specialist, social media manager and recently senior engagement editor for digital news.

She was a digital engagement associate at the San Francisco Ballet.

Severn graduated from the University of Cambridge.
