Tyler Whetstone is now an investigative reporter at the Knoxville News Sentinel in Tennessee. Before that, he served as a government and politics reporter.
Prior to joining the Sentinel, Whetstone was a government watchdog reporter at The Jackson Sun. He has also freelanced for The Hendersonville Standard, The Daily News Journal and The Gallatin News, all in Tennessee.
Whetstone has a B.S. in journalism from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville.
