KNKX Public Radio journalist McCall departs

Vivian McCall

Vivian McCall, host of Weekend Edition Sunday at KNKX Public Radio, has left. Her tweet reads:

“Today is my last day at @knkxfm and March 27th will be my first day at @thestranger, where I’ll be covering queer life, culture and politics.”

Previously, McCall served as a Morning Edition producer and All Things Considered producer.

She freelanced for Business Insider and was a general assignment reporter at the Chicago Tribune Media Group. He freelanced for the National Geographic.

McCall graduated from Columbia College Chicago.
