Kentucky-based radio station appoints Saad assistant news director

Hannah Saad

Hannah Saad has joined WKMS-FM 91.3, an NPR-affiliated radio station operated by Murray State University in Kentucky, as an assistant news director.

In her new role, Saad will coordinate stories from around western Kentucky, Southern Illinois and Northwest Tennessee.

Recently, she was a news reporter at the daily newspaper The Paducah Sun in Kentucky. Before that, she interned at The Tuscaloosa News.

Saad graduated from the University of Alabama., where she worked at the student news outlet The Crimson White.
