Keene Sentinel appoints Rooney managing editor for audience development

Jack Rooney

The Keene Sentinel, a daily newspaper in New Hampshire, has promoted deputy local news editor Jack Rooney to managing editor for audience development. He joined the paper in 2020 as a reporter.

Previously, Rooney was a staff writer at Ohio-based paper the Wooster Daily Record. He interned at the Concord Monitor and Better Government Association.

Rooney has a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
