ITV News has tapped Owain Phillips to serve as program and digital editor. Recently, Phillips served as a political correspondent.
He joined ITV as a journalist in 2009 and also worked as a political reporter and series producer.
Phillips has a BSc. and a MSc. from Aberystwyth University.
