WOI-DT Ch. 5, an ABC-affiliate in Ames, Iowa has hired Chris Kuball as a meteorologist. Recently, he was a chief meteorologist at KAAL-TV Ch. 6, an ABC-affiliate in Austin, Minn.
Kuball joined in December 2007 as a weekend meteorologist. He then moved to the morning team, before being appointed to his recent post of chief meteorologist in September 2012.
He interned at KCCI-TV Ch. 8, a CBS affiliate in Des Moines, Iowa.
Kuball graduated from Iowa State University.
