Megan Molseed has joined Storm Lake Times in Iowa as website editor and reporter. She said:
“I’m incredibly lucky to have had the opportunities that I have had in the newspaper/news business. My passion in journalism lies in getting to know people in the community and taking the time to discover the unique stories so many of us hold.
“I’m honored when a reader opens up and trusts me to put their words –– and experiences –– on paper. It’s a responsibility I take on with pride.”
Previously, she worked as a journalist at the Union Echo Leader, also in Iowa, which she joined in February 2016.
Molseed has B.A. in English literature and journalism from Upper Iowa University.
