Christina Butan, a senior commerce writer and strategist at InStyle, has been promoted to the post of senior commerce editor.
Previously, Butan was at Dotdash Meredith, where she held the post of commerce writer and strategist.
She has also worked at People Magazine as an editorial assistant for People Books and then a news writer, contributed to Self Magazine, and interned at NBC News.
Butan has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the State University of New York College at Purchase.
