Hyams departs Australian Broadcasting Corporation for role outside journalism

Lara Hyams

ABC TV presenter Lara Hyams announced she would be leaving the national broadcaster to work for liquor giant Endeavour Group.

Ms Hyams worked at the ABC as a weather and news presenter for 10 years after starting at the public broadcaster back in 2013.

She was a regular on the ABC News Breakfast program, alongside hosts Michael Rowland and Lisa Millar.

Ms Hyams previously worked at Seven News, the formerly known Fairfax Media and Perth Now.
