Hughes swaps Globe and Mail for CBC

Tegwyn Hughes

Tegwyn Hughes has joined CBC as a journalist. In her new role, she will also edit a year-long Globe Content series about Indigenous entrepreneurship.

Recently, Hughes was a content editor at The Globe and Mail in Toronto. She also served as news editor of the Canada-based independent publication This Magazine. She also worked as a social media curator and reporter at Black Press Media.

Hughes has a B.A. in history from Queen’s University, where she worked at the student newspaper, The Queen’s Journal.
