CBC News Washington Bureau hires Simpson as foreign correspondent

Katie Simpson

Katie Simpson has been hired as a foreign correspondent at the CBC News Washington Bureau. According to her tweet, she will be taking on the new role in January.

Previously, she has worked as a reporter at CTV News and CP24. She has also served as a reporter and anchor at Rogers Media.

Simpson has a Bachelor’s degree in media, information and techno culture from Western University.
