Houston’ NBC station names Young manager of news special projects, producer development

Erica Young

Houston’s KPRC-TV Ch. 2, an NBC station, has promoted Erica Young to manager of news special projects and producer development. Recently, she served as a news producer.

Previously, Young held the posts of news producer and executive producer at KPLC-TV Ch. 7, an NBC and CW Plus affiliate in Lake Charles, La. There, she previously served as a news assistant and editor.

She worked as a midday news producer at WIS-TV Ch. 10, an NBC and CW Plus station in Columbia, S.C.

Young graduated from McNeese State University in Louisiana.
