Herbert appointed head of digital strategy at the Evening Standard

Samantha Herbert is now head of digital strategy at the Evening Standard. Previously, she held the post of associate editor, audience.

She has also worked as a homepage producer, senior homepage editor, assistant editor (overnight), acting editor and deputy editor at The Telegraph. She was also a news reporter and then a content editor at MSN.

She has also interned at The Independent at BBC Worldwide.

Herbert has a B.A. in multimedia journalism from Bournemouth University.
