Luciana Perez Uribe Guinassi has joined The News & Observer and the Herald Sun in North Carolina as a state politics reporter.
She worked as an investigative reporter at Sesrchlight New Mexico and reported for Capital News Service and the Howard Center for Investigative Journalism.
Guinassi has a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and a master’s degree from the University of Maryland.
