Sillitoe joins from Sillitoe Media where he was an editor, journalist and copy writer. Sillitoe has more than a decade of experience as a B2B editor, specializing in producing business, retail and tech content for various publications and companies.
His freelance work has been featured in publications including Drapers, Computer Weekly, Essential Retail, Retail Connections, Retail Design World, Retail Week, and The Moodie Davitt Report.
He has also produced market reports and other content material for Fieldworks Marketing agency and Retail Week, and hosted roundtable events for Retail Gazette.
He was also managing editor/London bureau chief of The Moodie Davitt Report, a global publication and events business that provides business intelligence of the highest quality to the duty free and travel retail industry.
Sillitoe also established and was editor of Essential Retail, a go-to destination for news on the latest developments, innovation and major technology investments in the retail industry. He was also deputy editor at OPI and editor at Retail Gazette.
He was also lead correspondent, then desk head, and then served as a sports correspondent at Adfero.
Sillitoe holds a bachelor’s degree in English language from the University of Manchester.
