STV News has hired Paris Gourtsoyannis as Westminster correspondent. In his new role, he will contribute to “STV News at Six” and the current affairs program “Scotland Tonight.”
Previously, Gourtsoyannis was a freelance producer for Channel 4 News at ITN. He has also worked as a freelance broadcast journalist at BBC News and as a senior producer at ITV Studios.
He served as a Westminster correspondent at The Scotsman and as a news reporter at The Times. He also held the post of transport and planning reporter at the Edinburgh Evening News and education correspondent at Hollyrood Communications.
