Giangreco set to depart News Nation

Leigh Giangreco

Leigh Giangreco, a researcher at WGN America’s news program “News Nation,” is leaving.

Before that, she was a reporter at The Capitol Forum covering defense contracts. She has also worked as a freelancer for more than five years and was a U.S. defense reporter for FlightGlobal.

She has also served as an associate editor at Inside Washington Publishers.

Prior to that, she was an investigative intern at USA Today, as well as interning at The Washington Examiner and Capitol News Connection.

Giangreco was D.C. bureau/Capitol Hill correspondent at Durango Herald.

Giangreco is a graduate of the American University.
