GB News has hired Oliver Trapnell as an assistant news editor, a role he recently held at Express.co.uk.
Trapnell joined Express.co.uk in February 2021 as an overnight reporter and then served as an overnight editor, managing a team of reporters. He also freelanced.
Trapnell has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Kent.
