Alex Blakemore, a senior producer at GB News, has left. He joined in May 2021 as a producer. His tweet reads:

Previously, Blakemore was a producer and journalist at the BBC. He was a broadcast journalist at BBC Radio Leicester and BBC Radio Derby.
Blakemore has a B.A. in broadcast journalism from Nottingham Trent University.
