Michaela Ramm, health care reporter at the Cedar Rapids Gazette will leave her post. Her tweet reads, “I’ve accepted a new reporter position that I’m very excited for. And luckily, I won’t be going far! Details TK.”
Ramm joined the Gazette as an intern in 2016 and later, was named a general assignment reporter. She was a fellow at Poynter Institute and reported and edited for the Iowa State Daily, Iowa State University’s student paper.
Ramm has a B.A. in journalism from Iowa State University.
