Gannett paper hires Anna Lynn Winfrey as reporter

Anna Lynn Winfrey

Anna Lynn Winfrey has joined The Pueblo Chieftain in Colorado as a reporter, covering politics and general assignment stories.

Previously, she was a staff writer at The Montrose Daily Press in Colorado. There, she filed news and feature stories/photographs on education and local politics. She also wrote the weekly newsletter.

Winfrey has a B.A. from New College of Florida, where she served as editor in chief of the student paper, The Catalyst.
