Freelancer Eschner to join Ontario-based TVO as affordability reporter

Kat Eschner

TVO, Ontario’s public educational media organization, has hired Kat Eschner as an affordability reporter. Recently, Eschner freelanced, contributing to Fortune, Popular Science and Smithsonian Magazine. She also served as digital editor at The Globe and Mail in Toronto.

Eschner has a B.A. from the University of Victoria and a M.J. from Ryerson University, where she was editor in chief of the student paper, the Rysersonian.
