Fox Corporation has named Steve Chung its first chief growth officer. As per the company, Chung will “focus on identifying and developing new digital business opportunities across existing and emerging growth categories.”
In his new role, Chung will report to Fox CTO and president of digital Paul Cheesbrough.
Chung was previously chief digital officer at Fox Television Stations. He was also the founder and CEO of Frankly Inc. He was also chief operating officer at We Heart It and was managing director at KIT digital. He was also chief strategy officer and EVP, global markets at CDNetworks.
He was also an investmet director at BlueRun Ventures and was chief operating officer at Pan Media Corporation. He has also worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Chung is a M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
