Florida paper hires Moore as public safety and justice reporter

Michael Moore Jr.

Michael Moore Jr. has joined the Bradenton Herald in Florida as a safety and justice reporter. His tweet reads:

“I’m so excited to work for a paper I grew up reading and to join this excellent team of journalists covering the community I love.”

Previously, Moore was a journalist at the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, where he worked as an intern and freelancer. Previously, he also interned at the Bradenton Herald.

Moore graduated from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.
