Flint’s ABC station names taps Bingham to serve as sports reporter

Miriam Bingham

Miriam Bingham, a multimedia journalist at ABC station WJRT-TV Ch. 12 in Flint, Mich., has taken on the role of sports reporter.

Prior to joining the station in January 2023, Bingham freelanced for online news magazine Flintside. There, she developed two to three monthly feature stories about Flint natives and prominent individuals in the community.

She also interned at the Flint Journal.

Bingham has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Michigan State University.
