Evening Standard hires Smith as football reporter

Dom Smith

Dom Smith has joined the Evening Standard as a football (soccer) reporter. He’s the founder of EnglandFootball.org, which provides feature articles, match reports and exclusive interviews with Engish national football teams.

Smith was a Premier league reporter at The Morning Star and freelanced for more than a dozen outlets. These include The Times, The Guardian, The Independent, The Daily Mirror, The Sun, The New Statesman, SPORTbible, LADbible and the Daily Star.

Smith has a B.A. from the University of York.
