Entous joins the NY Times as an investigative reporter

Adam Entous

The New York Times has hired Adam Entous as an investigative reporter. Entous has covered national security, foreign policy and the intelligence agencies for more than a decade. He joined the Times from The New Yorker, where he was a staff writer for four years.

Before that, Entous worked at the Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and Reuters. In 2018, Entous shared a Pulitzer Prize and a special Polk Award. A year earlier, he was a finalist for a Pulitzer Prize in feature writing.

He also served as a foreign correspondent based in Jerusalem for four years and covered the Bush White House for five years.

Entous graduated from the University of California and from Columbia Graduate School of Journalism.
