Emmons departs The Intercept for law school

Alex Emmons

Alex Emmons, a national security reporter at The Intercept, is leaving to attend Yale Law School in the fall.

Emmons has been with The Intercept for more than 5 years, joining in 2016 as a politics intern. In addition, he has also interned at Amnesty International USA and ACLU.

His work has also been featured in Common Dreams, Grist, The Wire, Truthout, Defense-Aerospace and Go to Ground.

Emmons is a graduate of Yale University.
