Katie O’Malley, deputy digital editor at Elle UK, has taken on the role of site editor. She joined the magazine in September 2019 as acting deputy digital editor.
Since then, O’Malley has also served as an acting digital editor. Before this, she was an assistant lifestyle editor at The Independent, and from June 2016 to December 2018 held posts as digital writer and digital news editor at Elle. She freelanced for The New York Times and Hello! Magazine.
She interned at Bauer Media, Time Inc., Hello! Magazine and Condé Nast.
O’Malley has a B.A. from the University of Leeds and a master’s degree from City University London.
