Doyle to cover suburbs, rural communities for Houston startup

Nonprofit journalism startup the Houston Landing has hired Céilí Doyle as a reporter to cover the city’s suburbs and rural communities.

Recently, Doyle reported on rural issues in Ohio, ranging from health care, education, transportation and COVID-19 for The Columbus Dispatch as a member of the 2020-2023 Report for America Corps.

Doyle has a B.A. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she served as managing editor of the student paper, The Miami Student.
