Devex names Lynch senior global correspondent

Colum Lynch

Social enterprise and media platform Devex has hired Colum Lynch as a senior global correspondent to cover the United Nations and its development and humanitarian agencies.

Recently, Lynch was a United Nations-based senior diplomatic reporter at Foreign Policy. There, he received the 2011 National Magazine Award for his blog reporting. He served with The Washington Post for more than a decade and reported for The Boston Globe.

Lynch has an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master’s degree from the Columbia University School of Journalism.
