Ben Dennis, a news reporter at DC News Now, will anchor evening newscasts on Saturdays and Sunday. His tweet reads:

Previously, he was a news reporter at WRIC-TV Ch. 8, an ABC affiliate in Petersburg, Va.
He was also a news reporter at three Utica, N.Y. TV stations: WFXV-TV Ch. 33, a Fox affiliate; ABC station WUTR-TV Ch. 20; and MyNetworkTV-affiliate WPNY-LD.
Dennis is a Regional Edward R. Murrow Award-winning team member for “Overall Excellence,” and a Virginias Associated Press Broadcasters winner for reporting.
