Dallas ABC station hires Moncrease as reporter

Brittani Moncrease

Dallas ABC station WFAA-TV Ch. 8 has tapped Brittani Moncrease to serve as a reporter. Recently, she held the same post at WATN-TV Ch. 24 (formerly WPTY-TV), an ABC affiliate in Memphis.

Previously, Moncrease worked as a news reporter at Spectrum News, and held the posts of news assistant and digital subchannel producer at KYW-TV Ch. 3, Philadelphia’s CBS station.

She was a fellow at ABC News and interned at Comcast Cable.

Moncrease has a B.A. in broadcast journalism and an M.A. in political science from Howard University.
