Daily Mail appoints Hyde executive editor

Dan Hyde

The Daily Mail has tapped Dan Hyde to serve as executive editor. Hyde was at The Mail on Sunday, where he served as deputy editor and before that an assistant editor.

Also at The Daily Mail, Hyde was a money mail editor, and at The Telegraph, he held the deputy personal finance and consumer affairs editor posts.

Hyde has a B.A. from the University of York.
