D.C.-based TV station appoints Fox weekend evening anchor

Sierra Fox

Sierra Fox has been named a weekend evening anchor at Fox-owned WTTG-TV Ch. 5 in Washington, D.C. Previously, she held the post of reporter.

Previously, Fox was a reporter and anchor at both Nexstar Media Group and Maryland-based WDVM-TV Ch. 25, an independent station.

She interned at ABC News.

Fox graduated from Campbell University in Buies Creek, N.C.
