Todd Ruger is now an editor for immigration and legal affairs at CQ Roll Call. Recently, he held the post of legal affairs staff writer.
Prior to joining CQ Roll Call, he was a Capitol Hill reporter for The National Law Journal and Legal Times at ALM. He formerly covered the legal system for The Sarasota Herald-Tribune and was a reporter at the Quad City Times in Davenport, Iowa.
Ruger has a B.A, in journalism and mass communications from Drake University in Des Moines.
