Courier-Post sports writer Friedman departs

Josh Friedman, a sports writer at The Courier-Post in South Jersey, wrote on X/Twitter:

“WARNING: Sappy, personal news thread coming. Today is my last day with the Courier-Post and Gannett. This was my decision. I dreamed of being a sports writer since eighth grade, and I’ve spent the past 16 years living that out.”

Friedman is an award-winning journalist who graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in communication and journalism.
