Connolly joins News Corp Australia as head of lifestyle networks

Fiona Connolly

News Corp Australia has hired Fiona Connolly as head of lifestyle, Editorial Innovation Center. In this role, she will work with the publisher’s lifestyle brands, including Vogue and GQ.

Connolly will also work with the news, sports, business networks and real estate teams.

She previously worked at News Corp Australia from September 1996 to May 2009, where she held various posts. These included news cadet/court reporter, news reporter, real estate editor/columnist, Sydney confidential editor, media editor, news editor, and opinion editor.

She also held the posts of editor, editor-in-chief and associate publisher/editorial director at Bauer Media Australia.

Connolly graduated from the University of Canberra in Australia.
